I am a student at Norton University. Now (2006), I am in year 3 of IT department. I am glade to create this blog. I think that I can not remember what I have learned and just want to create this blog for memory. I’m a student from Norton too, I got graduated in 2002 on ICT.
Last two month I had met IT manager of Norton, He said he don’t like open source and khmer unicode, so that why at Norton IT teachers don’t care about this new technology for Cambodian.

Yes, really. I ever told him about Open Office and Khmer unicode and order him to install on Lab’s computer. The answer, he keep waiting until it’s become popular and used by many people then he will fellow.
that’s a bad idea of IT department manager of Norton. But, programmer teacher introduces to unicode for programming like VB.NET.
Hope Khmer unicode and Open Source will be used at Norton University too.
