To turn these off:
Start Regedit
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\policies\system
If it is not already there, create a DWORD value named DisableStatusMessages
Give it a value of 1

For the first issue of KERDOMNEL KHMER Magazine, we have recieved the letters of appreciation for our work to prevent and conserve the khmer heritage. These letters are : 1st from the king NORODOM SIHAMONI, King of Cambodia; 2nd from Samdech HUN Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia; 3rd from H.E HIM Chhem, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia. The second issue of KERDOMNEL KHMER, Magazine of Art and Archaeology will be published in 3 languages: khmer, english and french language.
